Many students in Title 1 Schools rely on school breakfast and lunch for meals. Unfortunately, many of these families do not have the necessary funds to feed their families. All the proceeds from this fundraiser will go to Provision Packs, a non-profit that sends weekly bags of food to low-income families in my county. Each student receives one grocery bag of food (and sometimes other supplies (i.e., toothbrush) as they become available) for their family. Students receive an extra large bag when school has a break (i.e., spring break). Provision Packs works with Second Harvest food bank & relies on donors to fill these bags. Help feed underprivileged students so they can succeed in school!
