I am a Spanish teacher at a performing arts school, and I want to bring to my students more opportunities for cultural and language proficiency. They should see Spanish as more than just a textbook, a set of worksheets, and a silly teacher.

Most of my fundraising projects are for books and magazine subscriptions, or games and puzzles. Some are even playscripts to better support my performing arts students (who doesn't love a clown wig or a funny hat to make characters fun?) I'm on TeacherFunder only because these are resources I want to take with me all career long. If I use department funds, it has to stay at the school.
