Growing up with my special needs brother inspired me to become a teacher. While attending college I worked a full time job as an instructional aide at an alternative behavior school for students who weren't successful in a traditional public school classroom. That is when my passion to be a general education teacher who believes all children are capable of success! I am now completing my 5th year teaching and I have cherish each student sho steps into my classroom. I believe my role as a teacher doesn't stop at teaching my students to read write, and solve math. I believe I teaching my students life skills is just as valuable.
