I taught middle school for 15 years and decided that it was time for a change. I wasn't growing as a teacher. I decided to move to the only high school in the same district I was located. My first year there was the best! I knew most of my students from middle school, which was a bonus, but I enjoyed their minds at this level. I enjoyed that bunch of students so much that I asked to be moved up to teach them again. I love what I do but I enjoy it more when my students enjoy it too.
