Aryana Ware

Ms. Aryana Ware is a current Elementary Special Educator that teaches math & science. On a typical teaching day, Ms. Ware can be seen:
- preparing a series of scaffolded lessons to target the individualized needs of each of her students.
- guiding students through daily interactive social-emotional learning (SEL) and mindfulness lessons that set the stage for the creation of a safe, positive learning environment.
- implementing best practices regarding instruction, special education inclusion, and trauma-informed care (TIC).
- leading a professional learning committee (PLC) by planning and delivering professional development workshops, and mentoring colleagues in order to promote the growth and success of students & professionals.
- teaching math and science!

Ms. Ware also doubles as a student seeking a Master of Arts in Education & Human Development in Special Education for Children with Emotional & Behavioral Disabilities. She utilizes modern research and data collection to guide her use of sensory tools, behavioral and/or academic interventions, and recommendations for continued special education services.
