Ashley McLaughlin

I was fortunate enough to have been adopted by my 6th grade English teacher, from that young age, I knew that I wanted to become just like my mother and make a difference in this world. I have been teaching at a Title 1 school for 5 years and have loved all the up's and down's that come with the career. Each year that I have taught, I have provided the tools in order for my classes to perform above district average for all benchmark assessments. In addition to teaching I have Coached over 300 Cross Country students, teaching them to establish healthy hobbies and encouraging them to work hard for their goals. I am proud to be an educator and strive to make a difference with every new group of kiddos that walks through my door.
