I have experience teaching at every level from pre-K to grade 12, but the focus of my experience has been grades K-4. I've taught in both public and private schools and was a homeschooling mom (although in my state, I was technically my children's private tutor) for 11 years. In addition to classroom teaching, I've recently been a Title 1 reading and math after-school small group tutor in grades 1, 2, and 3.
