I love my job as a Resource Specialist Teacher. We serve students with Special Needs who are in general education classrooms. We support our caseload of students with necessary accommodations and modifications to help them succeed. Whether it be a squeeze ball to assist a student with ADD to focus, or increased use of visuals for a student with an audio processing deficit, our goal is to help the student by providing the necessary tools and support.
