Course Description (For Parents)
This self-paced course is designed for parents of children with ADHD or executive function challenges who want to better understand their child's brain and learn practical, realistic strategies to support them at home.
Parents will learn how executive function skills develop, why common challenges such as poor focus, time blindness, and homework struggles occur, and how to respond with structure instead of stress.
The course uses a strengths-based approach, including the 'Brain Box" visual model, to help parents reframe behaviors and replace frustration with understanding and effective support.
