My first year teaching. I made an OMG decision move from NY to UT in a heartbeat to follow my dream to teach deaf students. I barely have any visual or ASL materials to teach my students since the previous teacher left me with nothing but a room full of language deprived first graders. I’m doing everything to give them what they need and what I had growing up but better. These kids are my future rainbow catchers!
