One learns by doing! I’ve been a teacher for over twenty five years and I’ve seen education change so much, yet thirst’ to make my students excel. With a school community that comes together in times of need, it makes me proud that I’m one of the many teachers that care so much for them. But what’s new and I want to try is “flexible seatingâ€. Where the students sit, on sofas, bean bags, carpets and bar stool style chairs to learn. Being comfortable and giving them a choice to feel like they are at home is ideal. Especially when many make our school their home away from home. I love teaching but making them the priority. It’s all for them.
