About
My inspiration of being a teacher is that my Grandma Lola taught in one-room schoolhouse many years ago. She was my inspiration to become a teacher. I wanted to be a music teacher because I love music. I still Love music to this day but just had hard time passing those tests. Over summer during college I would work with my disabled cousin and I really enjoy doing that and that I ended up picking up another shift of working with the gentleman with some developmentally disabilities. After that people told me to go into music therapt and I thought I am not going back to school I already spent Oodles of money just being in school. I did get in the school system by being a paraprofessional for two years and then they ended up offering me the special ed teaching position only if I went back to school and I thought you know what if I get that opportunity I will go back to school I will pass those tests and become a teacher. I'm still currently working on getting those tests reached but love what I do. I will always have that teaching passion in my heart, mind, body, and soul.
