About
My name is Ms. Bailey and I'm a first generation college student. I attended Cal State Dominguez Hills for my undergraduate degree in Liberal Studies, and National University for my Master Degree in Best Teaching practices. I am currently serving students in South Los Angeles where I create equitable learning opportunities for my students. Because I am a survivor of child abuse and trauma, I feel as if I relate to my students on a deeper level due to unfortunate experiences that have impacted the community I serve as well. My students are eager and capable of mastering academic expectations, but would benefit from receiving additional resources to help them do so.
