About
I teach for an inner city school in Cleveland. All most all of my second graders come from low income families. I not only buy school supplies for my students, but I also buy snacks so that they have something to eat throughout our day of learning. Many of the students come to school hungry and the breakfast and lunch aren't enough to keep them going throughout the day. My students are eager to learn and work hard to meet their goals, but I must also help them meet their social and emotional needs. I do everything I can to support my students so that they can succeed in a warm, safe learning environment. They deserve this!
