As I prepare for the new year, I can't help but wonder about my new babies. What did they experience during their time away from school? How can I help them be the best they can be? What amazing things will I learn from my students this year? One of the best things about teaching is that I always learn from them as well as they learn from me. We take the journey together and push each other. It's what makes our days so fun and exciting. I want my students to feel loved and respected in my room, which makes for a rich learning environment.
