Surfing Into the Future
Help me give my students an opportunity to integrate effective technology skills with a mobile device.
My Students
My student population is diverse, it consists of bilingual, SPED, low income, GT, recent immigrants and all want to succeed. They come everyday anxious lo learn. We read novels and write everyday. We also do math on a daily basis and they learn how to use it in their daily lives.
I have been teaching for many years, and I have had the privilege of working with students that have different backgrounds.
When they come to my class; we are all a family. Every year brings a smile to my face.
My Project
Our students need to integrate technology in their daily curriculum. We currently have access to a limited amount of mobile devices and some are not up to date in order to provide my students with the experiences they need to be successful into today's rapid growing technological world, we need to have access to up to date resources.
I am thrilled to help my students get access to the the world through technology, but I need your generosity to help me achieve my goal.
With this project, my 4th grade students will be able to have more learning flexibility. They will be able to move around while they learn using this Microsoft Surface Go . I want them to have access all the amazing resources out there and I am willing to learn more with them. I like for my students to create, read, collaborate, and use learning games that will keep them engaged.
I cant' wait to see how my classroom will transform into a technological learning environment.
