I am currently a teacher in a sel-contained Emotional Behaviorally Disability (EBD) classroom. I have lower number of students but higher intensity days. I've been a navy dependent my entire life- I'm a navy brat who met my sailor man and became a navy wife. We have two grown children. Now, for my retirement I have opted to make the difference in the lives of children and their families.
I love my job, and I love my children. This journey is a fun and exhausting one. I've overcome many medical obstacles to do what I do, but it's because of what I do that I have overcome.
