Hey everyone, I'm Alexander Montgomery. I am a 15-year-old aspiring visionary. I'm reaching out to request essential funding necessary for the incorporation of my startup, Nextec Inc. Over the past three years, I have contemplated a business concept revolving around a tech startup that aims to unravel advanced solutions for life's myriad challenges that humanity and other living organisms suffer from as of current. I have also crafted the business logo to be used for the business once it is incorporated. All I need is incorporation funds.
Given my age, knowledge, level of mental maturity, and fervor, I strongly, immutably believe I am ready to take the first step; being to incorporate my c-corp entity. Nextec will serve as a [trial-and-error] base for entrepreneurial lessons that I will further implement in my other future endeavors, and thus, will be a stepping stone to my future entrepreneurial success.
However, as a teenager born to middle-class parents, I lack the funds for even the California state filing fees. Be informed that I do not pity myself though. Therefore, I request your financial assistance, being a total of $500 to be used as follows:
- $100 California state filing fee
- $100 for the registered agent service by Harbor Compliance.
- $25 for the Initial Statement of Information
- $50-$100 for the Los Angeles County Business License
- $50-$100 for Publication Requirements by the California Law
Total $325-$425
The remaining budget of $75-$175 is to be spent on basic marketing efforts like creating a website, and also buying call minutes and data to reach out to investors.
Your assistance will allow/enable me to FINALLY execute my prospective business idea. Your assistance, being of any amount, will be profusely appreciated.
