Our 60 Kindergarteners are full of curiosity, wonder, and excitement about the world around them. We have 30 days left of school and we are trying to fit in one more field trip!
They dream of seeing animals up close, hearing their sounds, and experiencing the kind of learning that only happens outside the classroom. A trip to the Minnesota Zoo would be more than just a field trip. It would be a moment they will be able to share!
This year has been especially limited for them. Our class has only been able to go on two fields, one of them being a walking field trip. Due to lack of funding, we will miss out on this special opportunity altogether. For many of these children, this could be their only chance to visit a zoo.
We are not asking for extras, just help covering the cost of a school bus so every child can go, laugh, learn and feel included. No child should have to stay behind because of financial barriers.
Your support means more than a donation. It means giving a child a memory, smile, and a chance to experience something magical for the very first time.
