I am wanting to install some seated risers in the rear of my classroom, for choir students. I have tables/chairs in the room now. After researching the risers available to order the cost for 2 teirs of risers, 24 feet wide, would cost $7,650 from StageDrop. (Wenger requires a quote process.)
I can build these from wood and make them safe for use for MUCH less. I haven't added up the wood lengths and such yet, however, I believe it can be done for $600-800.
Help our classroom out with better seating options for our choir classes. We would be most appreciative.
