I am a first grade teacher at an amazing school (South Park Elementary in Vicksburg, MS), filled with fabulous co-worker, and even more fabulous kids.
Our district requires the computerized programs iReady, SuperKids, STAR, Accelerated Reader, etc. The programs require the use of computers or Chromebooks, and students must have headphones! The phones many parents got at the beginning of the year have long been broken, chewed on, stepped on, or swung around by the cords.
You can purchase ear buds for $1.00, but the students' prefer the over-head, padded ear piece kind.
The more comfortable pairs cost between $10 - $17 each, but any amount you are comfortable giving will absolutely appreciated!
