Jaclyn Cavazos

I've been teaching in a low income school district since 2012. Each year the students make life as a teacher exciting. My favorite part of teaching is watching the students grow and learn. When the "lightbulb" turns on, is one of the most exciting experiences I have had in my career. Knowing that they are making progress and watching them gain confidence is amazing. Working in a low income school district has it's struggles. My biggest hurdle is trying to give these students the 21st Century education that other school districts offer. I believe that they could learn even more with technology available to them. My goal is to provide my students with technology to enhance their learning.
