Description
Students will learn about the aquaponics system and evaluate if it can provide a more sustainable source of food.
They will learn about the causes of global shortages of food and then consider the necessary conditions required for an aquaponics system to work and reasons to choose commercial and small-scale home aquaponics systems over traditional methods of farming fish and vegetables separately.
