Need a no-prep engaging ice breaker activity welcome your students after summer break? Find someone who will help build classroom community while practicing speaking and listening skills. Students will walk around the room and try to find classmates that fit into various after summer break and back to school themed categories, such as "find someone who swam at the pool this summer." This is the perfect activity to allow students to socialize, get to know each other and build a strong classroom community.

How to use:
Students will walk around the room and find different classmates who fits the description in each box.
Once they find a classmate who fits the description they will have them write their name in the box.
Students will keep finding classmates until all 16 boxes are full.
Some examples included:
Find someone who got a new backpack.
Find someone who visited the library this summer.
Find someone who visited family this summer.
