Prompt: Benny needs to pack his bag for school. First, he must gather all of the supplies. Each group is given a list of items that Benny needs. Each group has one item from the list. Groups must interact to get the items for the bag. Each group has a question, and the group must answer the question before receiving the item. The first group to gather the supplies wins.
Teacher instructions: This game involves 5 groups. Each group has a social-emotional category question or comment. Categories include: kindness, emotions, social support, positive coping, and self-esteem. Students will need to cut out the items. There is a questions cards page that includes the question/comment for each group. Note: Some group questions require everyone in the group to provide answers, and some require the group to answer as a whole.
QUESTIONS INCLUDE:
Group 1: Kindness
(Everyone in the group who receives this card must answer the question. i.e. everyone playing)
