Description
Highlight a powerful young girl while showcasing AfroLatinx history this Black History Month. Students will be engaged in Milo's story and able to develop meaningful responses to literature with a five different follow-up activities.
Picture books are a wonderful way to engage students and build classroom community. They can also be a fabulous opportunity to practice reading skills.
