Description
Easily request classroom supplies from your parents with this Classroom Donation Request Letter! You have the option to list out the supplies you need, or you can create a wish list (e.g. from Amazon or Target), and insert the QR code that parents can easily scan from their phones to view your list and purchase directly from the website.
Everything in this classroom wish list template is EDITABLE; you can use the template word for word, as a guide, or completely type in your own message with your own information.
I recommend sending home the full sheet letter during your meet the teacher or back-to-school night event. You can send home the small reminder tags a week or so after your event. The letter and reminder tag would be great to attach to your students' homework or take-home folder.
Print in color or save ink and print black and white. I always love to print on Astrobrights paper when printing black and white to add a pop of color AND get your parent's attention with the bright color!
