TinkerCAD is a great way to design items for 3D printing and lasercutting. However a main weakness is that TinkerCAD will not directly export in a format that is easy to use for CNC routers.
For this project I had to do some research, but there is a workaround that will let you export a .svg file from TinkerCAD into a format that would work in CNC. You'll need a free copy of Inkscape to complete this operation. If you want a free CNC program, I also use Jscut to write the gcode for my router. When you do this you can export your .svg file ready to cut with tabs and gcode generated for your router.
Please check your CNC for it's program requirements. You may have to further convert .svg files to .tap or other formats.
