Description
Word walls support a language-rich learning environment. They foster word-consciousness and provide access to essential vocabulary, concepts and skills. Word walls reinforce sight-word acquisition with younger readers and build content literacy across grades and disciplines.
Useful Guidelines:
Print on cardstock, cut out, and laminate.
Punch hole at the end of each card and hang on a ring. Place multiple sets for variety of centers so students have easy access. (ie. Dramatic Play Area, Writing Center, Etc.)
