Description
This candy corn foldable craft is a great activity for a fall bulletin board!
This engaging activity combines math practice with a festive fall theme. Students solve math problems, color a candy corn template, and then create a 3D foldable candy corn to display.
Teacher Directions:
1. Customize: Replace the example math problems on the Activity Page with 10 math questions relevant to your current curriculum. Consider differentiating the difficulty based on student needs.
2. Print: Print the Activity Page and the Candy Corn page for each student.
3. Student Activity: Students complete the math problems on the Activity Page. Students color the Candy Corn page.
4. Fold and Assemble: Students carefully cut out the candy corn template. Students follow the folding directions provided to create the 3D foldable candy corn.
5. Display: Collect the completed candy corn pictures and create a vibrant 'CANDY CORN MATH" bulletin board display.
This activity provides a fun and engaging way to review math concepts and create a fun Halloween display
Editable Aspects:
This is a PowerPoint file and parts of this resource are editable so you can add your own questions. There are text boxes created for you to add your own directions on the top of each page. Also, you can add your own math questions by deleting the word 'question" and typing in a math question.
