This sheet is a great end of the year activity! Either you can do this in the last week of school and allow kids to take it home OR you can print this, get students to fill it out, and compile a memory book for every student with their fellow classmates work, too!
Another option is in the space in the front, you could print out a picture of each student and place it in the 6x4 box where it says "Draw a picture of you and your friends at school!"
