In this remote-learning ready, google slides assignment, students learn all about enzymes. The lesson begins with two short readings and comprehension questions related to activation energy, active sites, and substrate specificity. Students then demonstrate their understanding of enzyme specificity by dragging and dropping substrates to their matching enzymes, and then drawing the active site into an enzyme to match a pictured substrate.
