Drones are an exiting new field of technology to enter now! If you want to to have a job as a drone pilot, or even if you want to monetize your drone footage on YouTube, you must have a part 107 drone license!
As a part 107 pilot, I had a hard time navigating the part 107 process. This checklist is what I developed to help my students and administrators navigate the process. It will probably take 2-3 months for a dedicated class to navigate through the steps and learn what is required for the Airman's Knowledge Test. I was able to use this to help me pass the test on the first try!
The part 107 license is the same as ground school for general aviation pilots. It covers everything from airspace, radio regulations, weather, and general airmanship. It's a process to learn it all. In the future I'll add more files for specific parts of the AKT.
