Farm Market Game! Relating Counting to Addition - Using Numbers 1-20
Goal: Relation of counting - For your student(s) to understand that counting is addition. Instructions: Print out as many Garden Plots, Order Flashcards, Customer Baskets and Garden Food Pieces as you would like. Place the food pieces in their garden plots then pick a customer order flashcard.
The customer order will show how many of each food the customer is ordering (for example, 10 pieces of corn and 3 strawberries) Student will find and count out the customer's order, then place the food pieces in the basket. If the student accurately fulfills the order he/she will receive a point. Student with the most points or a certain number of points within a timeframe wins!
