Description
This is a very important section of the Bible and is the foundation for so much in the Bible, so it has always been one of my longest lessons. It tells us so much about God, Satan, and humanity. This worksheet goes through how sin corrupted Adam and Eve and the tactics Satan and the world still use today. It discusses the lures and lies of Satan that tempt us to choose sin over God. It cross references several key biblical passages and helps students to see how Genesis 3 is just the beginning of the long human struggle with sin and against God. It also reenforces that God had a plan for salvation from the very beginning. It is a series of primarily short-answer and fill in the blank questions.
The Answer Key is included. I have also included a copy of my PowerPoint so you can use it to teach this lesson on your own in your home and/or classroom.
There are multiple direct-instruction lessons that go along with this worksheet that you can find on my YouTube channel. I would encourage you to listen to the lessons before you teach your students/children or to listen to the video together with your children as you discuss the importance of each section. However, it can be viewed and completed independently by your children/students if you prefer. I have labeled several of the 7 Cs of Bible study for this work sheet so if you haven't gotten the chance take a look at my 7 Cs worksheet and video.
