Wanting to give your students some themed math practice this Halloween? I have designed this download just for you! Specifically created with special education students in mind, any student could benefit from the structure and support these math task cards offer!
Focusing on real world, Halloween themed addition and subtraction problems, students are instructed to try and solve them by drawing a picture and creating a number sentence.
What is nice about this download is that all the hard work is already done for you - I have created two levels within this purchase. Level one problems are more for independent learners who need less structure and support. Level two problems scaffold students success by writing in a blank number sentence with the correct math symbol already (+ or -). Students then fill in the rest and draw the correct picture.
This would be a GREAT center activity because it can be done very independently!
