Welcome! This activity is a fun holiday specific method of teaching mindfulness through visual grounding. Teachers read page 2 while students follow directions on page 1. This can be used as a brain break, to teach coping skills, or as a game. It can also be used to teach shapes, colors, listening skills and how to follow directions. This is excellent for social emotional learning in the classroom through utilizing the skills of self regulation.
