Hand - made or Thanksgiving Turkey Photo Frame Tag / Table Place Card Holder Medium Skin Tone To Decorate
Great for:
Thanksgiving, or any holiday dinner as place card holders
Child self expression, where they can paint over, decorate, express who they are, do an "all about me" display
Put paint or ink over their hands and/or fingers, and place their hand or fingerprints over the hand and fingers
preschool age - photo size 1 1/2" diameter
Picture windows (circles cut out) cover photo area 1/4" over outer edge, so picture windows are 1/2" less wider than photos
Make a hand "Turkey" for child print / art / hand / fingerprints, decorate to your heart's desire!

Can print onto paper card stock, decoupage with Modge Podge and a brush or spongebrush over both sides, before cutting panels out, to coat and seal the print, after and designs are added inside the hand shape, on one or both sides. Use plastic wrap under your Modge Podge coating.

Preschool age is 4 1/4" height from bottom of palm to tip of longest finger - Color in the hand, turn into a 'turkey" hand Thanksgiving frame, place card, tag, or ornament with your child's hand and finger prints
6 panels to cut out, assemble, and connect with ribbon and glue
Parts / panels:
top left - front of frame
top right - 2nd panel, connects to panel 3 bottom left, by poking holes in little circles, and threading ribbon through holes connect 5 holes on both panels 2 & 3, to make photo pocket, knot on both sides, trim ribbon, glue trim tails to panel
bottom left / panel 3 - shows through panels 1 and 2, connects to panel 2
bottom right / panel 4 - back of frame - optional strut leg panels connect to back
front and back strut legs - split along lines, fold under flaps, place clear strut leg panel, pattern provided, between top & bottom of both front & back strut leg panels, by laying back strut leg panels face down, glue clear strut leg piece inside the panels, then glue front strut leg panels top & bottom over clear strut leg piece
Also provided, pattern for clear protective photo sleeve 2" in diameter, pattern provided
Supplies needed:
paper card stock
length of ribbon 1 foot or 1/3 meter long, 1/8" wide or 3mm
optional ribbon for optional strut leg, to connect to easel back or panel 4 bottom right, for frame to stand 6" length 3/8" wide
optional ribbon to hang as frame ornament or pendant on necklace lanyard ribbon
clear, photo safe / acid free sheet protector page for clear strut leg panel and protective photo sleeve
Modge Podge or equal parts Elmers glue and water, to coat sheet
plastic wrap to cover work area, when decoupaging
scissors, hole puncher 1/8" diameter
Instructions:
decorate panels with art supplies
decoupage / Modge Podge sheet, front and back
cut out patterns / panels
thread ribbon through holes on panels 2 & 3 or top right and bottom left, with 5 half circle holes in a curve row
make clear pieces to cut out with patterns
assemble panels with glue
make sure to leave opening at bottom center between panels 3 & 4, for ribbon connecting strut leg to easel back at bottom
for strut legs cut apart / separate top & bottom for front and back panels, fold under the flaps, glue parts, including clear strut leg in middle
place strut leg ribbon between bottom panels, centered, BEFORE attaching full finished strut leg to easel back at strut leg's top
attach strut leg at top to easel back
stand frame
push ribbon out under frame and in front of frame, where frame stands, mark or pin where ribbon meets bottom of frame back bottom, tuck inside between panels 3 & 4, glue in place inside layers
For Thanksgiving, or any holiday dinner as place cards, write your guest's name in the center area, and place on your place setting or napkin attached to a napkin ring
