This Handwash Bundle includes everything you need to encourage washing hands in your classroom including "Wash Your Hands" social story and handwashing sequence pictures to place on an autism handwashing visual schedule.
The 24-page social skill story will help them understand why it is important to wash your hands, what can happen if you don't wash your hands, and hand-washing steps. The handwashing story features realistic photos and simple text.
The hand washing visual schedule includes 32 pictures, 16 photo and 16 of the same in clip art. The hand washing schedule is easy to customize to fit the needs of a variety of learners. The washing hands visual can be printed as is, with Velcro to select the steps that are most salient to your student, or as a flip-up visual schedule if you have a child that needs the visual of having the picture "disappear" when the step is completed.
The schedule can be laminated and posted and left to use throughout the year.
