This is what I like to refer to as my IEP "cheatsheet". Instead of having to print off a gazillion pages - an entire IEP- for each student on my caseload, I simply have this one form for each student. With this form you have the IEP information that YOU need most right at your fingertips. I hope you find it as helpful as I do.
When you open it, go to "file" and down to "make a copy" and you should be good to go. You can edit it right then, or you can print it and make paper copies if you still like to fill forms in by hand.
