Description
This is a FREE worksheet on the trustworthiness of the Bible. It discusses the history of the Bible, how the canon was decided upon, how accurate our translations are, if the Bible can hold up to scientific and historic scrutiny. It helps us to answer questions like: Can the the Bible be trusted? Who wrote the Bible? Why should I believe the Bible? Does the Bible still apply to me today? This is a foundational lesson based on several different YouTube videos that go through the basis for trusting what the Bible has to say. Because this is based off information that I did not formulate, it is a FREE worksheet, along with the answer key, and the links to the YouTube videos used. There are also discussion questions included on the answer key to help you begin important conversations with your students.
I would always start my Bible class each year with this lesson. If your kids can not trust the Bible, then why should they study it? If the students do not believe in the Bible then everything else you teach them from it will simply go "in one ear and out the other." However, if the Bible really is the truth then it is the most important book to ever be written and that makes studying it the most important subject there is.
Don't forget to follow me on Instagram and also on YouTube @HisStoryBiblicalEd where you can find a playlist with all these videos and more. I would love a review, any and all feedback is helpful!
