28 Weeks of Coping Skills to determine what works for your self-care routine, because self-care is so important! What are the needs of your body, mind, and spirit. This workbook includes 28 weeks worth of self-care strategies and coping skills to enhance all three of those areas.
Each week there is space to:
List weekly priorities
Try out and rate the effectiveness of various coping skills
Track physical needs like sleep, exercise, meals, and cups of water consumed
Create a vision board inspired by positive quotes
Reflect on the week with writing
After every 4 weeks, there is a reflection page to review how those weeks went. What did you accomplish? What needs to roll over into the next 4 weeks? How effective were the coping skills you tried? Did you meet your physical needs? Write about some of the things your observed.
I use this workbook with my 4th-12th grade students so they can begin to try out different self-care practices to see what works for them best personally.
