Description

Students can practice moving between different representations of quadratic functions and determining the characteristics with these 6 charts. Students will work with standard, vertex, and intercept form. They will find the vertex, x-intercept(s), y-intercept, the axis of symmetry, maximum/minimum value, domain, and range of each quadratic function. They will also create a table and a graph to match the quadratic function. Each chart starts the students with a different piece of information and they have to work to find all the other missing pieces of information. Some charts are more challenging than others, which offers the opportunity for the teacher to differentiate.
