I am a group facilitator/life coach that's passionate about our future youth overcoming all types of trauma and behavioral challenges. I want to educate them on how the freedom of facing their shortcomings will make them understand there's a problem need to be address and there's no need to be ashamed or embarrassed about. Also by doing so they learn coping skills that helps them with the issues. So by making them aware with my worksheets in classroom will give them clarification to communicate more with parents, teachers, therapists, or an trusted adult to help them with their challenges.
