Teachers have to go through many hours (90 in CO) of PD to renew their education license. Often times teachers will get the certificates for PD time, then forget about it.

It's an unpleasant surprise that I'm working with now to try to get my 90 hrs in for my renewal. This is based on the reporting requirements for CO.

This log is updated to a fillable document to make adding the details easier.

GET YOUR PD TIME IN STARTING NOW!

1. Put a file on your computer for PD called "teacher renewal".

2. Use this log to record all your PD time.

3. Save all the certificates you earn for sitting through PD in the teacher renewal file.

4. Log onto your states license site and upload the certificates as you earn them, keeping a copy in this log.
