Description
This product includes 6 different colored boards and 36 different sound switching cards for students to sort by beginning, middle or ending sound. We are excited to be able to send this product home to our students to help continue to master important phoneme replacement concepts and skills. This is a fun and engaging activity students will love to do as they practice distance learning activities at home. Print out each of the Sound Shuffle boards and beginning, middle and ending sound picture cards. Laminate them for durability. Print, laminate and cutout each individual sound picture card and place them in a basket. For short term use at home, just print and cut out. Students pull a card and compare the two pictures and identify which sound changed? beginning, middle or ending sound. Then they place the picture into the correct column on the sound shuffle mat. This game can be played as a center, individually, in pairs or in small group learning stations or as a distance learning activity. This activity also helps Language Learners, who benefit from having picture cues to acquire new vocabulary.
