Description
These fun St. Patrick's Day writing activities have students practice writing in a complete sentence.
This resource includes nine activities for students to complete. You could complete all of them throughout the month of March, or choose which ones best fit your students' needs. You could also differentiate for students.
The first seven activities have a brainstorm page for students to jot down their ideas. You could complete these whole group. The final draft page is in the shape of a pennant. There are two options: one with just writing, and one with a picture and writing. Each option also has primary lines and regular lines. Each has a page with just lines in case student need more room.
The last two activities are short stories the students write.
All of these pennants can be put together into a fun St. Patrick's Day book, or they can be displayed throughout your classroom. Each has a fun St. Patrick's Day themed border for students to color.
