Description
This fun and simple writing/craft activity is perfect for St. Patrick's Day and Spring. All three options could go along with St. Patrick's Day. Or, you could do the four-leaf clover and pot of gold for St. Patrick's Day and the rainbow for a spring writing activity.
There are several options with this resource.
~ There are three different options for pictures:
1) a rainbow
2) a pot of gold
3) a four-leaf clover.
Each of these has two prompts that go along with it, for a total of six prompts.
~ Each picture has two options.
1) Students have a regular sized paper with the picture on top, and they write their story.
2 )Students are given the page where they cut out their writing and picture into one craft that can be displayed in the classroom.
~ Each option has three choices for line spacing "
1, 1 ½, or 2.
~ Each option also has the choice of one of the two prompts written on the page, or no prompt written.
~ A second page with each line spacing is available if students need to go on to another page.
~ You could have students choose only one prompt, or one for each of the three pictures.
This product is a great class activity. Students can do one prompt/picture, and the others could be for early finishers. The line spacing and prompts available are also great for differentiating for your students' writing needs.
