This sheet is a great beginning of the year activity! Either you can do this in the first week of school and allow kids to share OR you can print this, get students to fill it out, and compile a memory book for every student with their fellow classmates work, too! There is an end of year activity on my page that matches this format so you can see how much they have grown and changed!
Another option is in the space in the front, you could print out a picture of each student and place it in the 6x4 box where it says "Draw a picture of you and your friends at school!" If you do the beginning and end of year activity, you can see how much they have changed with a picture!
