Description
Walks, paths, mazes and pilgrimages have been used for centuries to reflect and learn. In this activity the students will draw a path of their own!
Using the map provided, they are to use sidewalk chalk to draw the 4 states of matter (solid, liquid, gas & plasma) and then fill their journal with the vocabulary they used to go between each state of matter (sublimation, condensation, etc...). Your students can use kenistetic learning to learn the states of matter.
The answers key is included.
This is a great way to get students active, and it also develops spacial thinking as they walk between each state of matter.
